Email address (when you purchase or opt in to a free Snapshot by email); property/parcel information (the address you look up, used to generate your report); payment data handled entirely by Stripe (we receive confirmation and your email, never card numbers); and basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics.
Card or bank numbers (Stripe only); government IDs, SSNs, or sensitive identifiers.
To generate and deliver your reports; to send transactional messages (receipts, the report, re-download links); with your opt-in, to send occasional product updates and relevant offers (unsubscribe anytime); and to improve the service.
We share data only with service providers that operate the service on our behalf — Stripe (payments), [EMAIL PROVIDER] (transactional email), [PDF RENDER SERVICE] (report generation), and [HOSTING/ANALYTICS]. They process data only to deliver our service. We do not sell personal data.
We retain purchase records and the associated email/parcel context to support re-download, receipts, and the upgrade credit. You may request deletion at support@tarilens.ai, subject to legal/accounting requirements.
Unsubscribe from marketing email via any message; request access to or deletion of your data; decline non-essential analytics where offered.
We use reputable processors and HTTPS, and minimize what we hold (no card data, minimal personal information).
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
