TariLens provides informational reports about real property — flood zone, base flood elevation (BFE), design flood elevation (DFE), and, where available, zoning and development intelligence — compiled from public and authoritative sources including FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer and the Florida Building Code.
TariLens reports are informational and planning tools only. They are not a land survey, elevation certificate, engineering certification, legal advice, or an official jurisdictional determination, and do not replace review by a licensed surveyor, engineer, architect, attorney, or the applicable authority. You are responsible for independently verifying all information with the applicable jurisdiction before any design, permitting, construction, financing, investment, or purchase decision.
We compile data from third-party and governmental sources believed reliable and present figures with their source and date. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Source data may change or contain errors outside our control.
The Flood Snapshot is free. The Flood Dossier is $39; the Development Intelligence Report is $99. Prices may change. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Paid reports are delivered digitally (download + email) immediately after successful payment. A Flood Dossier purchase may be credited toward a Development Intelligence Report for the same property per the terms shown at purchase.
Digital reports are delivered instantly. If a report is materially incorrect (for example, the wrong parcel), contact support within 7 days for correction or a refund. See the Refund Policy.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use a purchased report for your own property-related decisions, including sharing an individual report with your advisors, lender, or agent. You may not resell, redistribute at scale, scrape, or build a competing dataset from our reports.
The TariLens name, report formats, narrative system, and compiled presentations are our property. Underlying public data remains the property of its sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TariLens's total liability for any claim arising from the service or a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on a report.
The service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Venue / dispute resolution to be specified.]
