We want every report to be right. If it isn't, we'll fix it or refund you.
Flood Dossiers and Development Intelligence Reports are digital products delivered immediately after payment (download + email).
If a report is materially incorrect — for example, it was generated for the wrong parcel, or a core figure is clearly in error — contact support@tarilens.ai within 7 days of purchase. We will correct and reissue the report, or refund it in full.
Because the report is delivered instantly and the underlying flood answer is shown free before purchase, we generally do not refund correctly generated reports simply because the elevation requirement was higher or lower than hoped. The free Snapshot lets you confirm the answer before you buy.
Email support@tarilens.ai with your order number or the property address. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
